Your 100% satisfaction is really important to us. We do accept return and exchange. Following conditions apply for a return and exchange:

1. The item(s) must be shipped within 30 days of the date you received it.
2. The item(s) must be in the original condition, unworn or altered, stain free and must be returned with all original tags and documents if any. If the product has been chipped, scratched, or damaged, your will be charged for the product's devaluation and/or cost of repair if necessary.
3. If you want to change dress style, you are responsible to pay price difference if any.
4. Along with your package, please enclose a copy of invoice and a note indicating if this is for refund or exchange. If you are returning for an exchange, please also include new item style #, color and size information. We strongly recommend you contact us at gdforless@gmail.com before returning to make sure we do have new item in stock.
5. Reshipping fee will be applied for an exchange. Each dress including petticoat is $8 for USA shipping, $14 for Canada shipping and $19 for international shipping. Accessory reshipping fee is $5 each for USA shipping, $6 for Canada shipping and $8 for international shipping. Please enclose a check in your package and make check payable to girldress4less.com. If your exchange involves price difference, please also include amount on check.
6. Return address is same address shown on your original received package.
